Job Seeking With NV Career Explorer In-Person

Participants will learn how to use Nevada Career Explorer as a career-finding tool and discover secrets and tips for successful interviews and resumes. The presenter is Vanna Bells, Librarian at Carson City Library. Please register to reserve your spot as seats are limited. Basic computer knowledge (how to use a mouse and keyboard) and a Gmail address are required before attending the workshops. Anyone who does not have basic computer knowledge can register for the Carson City Library's Mouse & Keyboard class offered Sept. 10 and Oct. 1. This workshop is part of a series and dates are listed below:

Job Seeking With Google workshops are made possible through a grant from Libraries Lead with Digital Skills, an initiative of the American Library Association (ALA) and the Public Library Association (PLA), and sponsored by Grow With Google. The series will also incorporate Nevada Career Explorer, a set of online tools for job seekers in the state, sponsored by the Nevada State Library, Archives and Public Records.
