Learn different machine sewing methods to mend textiles and garments. Darning is a valuable sewing technique used to mend, repair, patch, or reinforce textile materials before or after damage has occurred.

Participants are welcome and encouraged to bring an item they'd like to learn to repair (clothing or other reasonably sized items). Participants may also bring matching thread for their specific item. There is no requirement to bring your own project, all practice materials will be provided for this workshop.

A Premiere card is required to attend this class, information on how to upgrade to this card type can be found here.

It is required to complete a Sewing & Textile Certification Class before participating in this workshop. This includes those experienced with sewing!

Ages 14+ can attend. A single 10-13 year old must be accompanied by a certified premiere card holder to attend.
